Ceramic fiber folded module is pre-compressed refractory insulation block manufactured by folding ceramic fiber blanket and fixing with stainless steel anchor assemblies. It is widely used as lining material for high-temperature industrial furnaces, kilns, boilers and heat treatment equipment.

Before delivery, the module is fully pre-compressed. During on-site installation, after fixing the anchor parts on the furnace shell, the modules are arranged closely. Once the binding bands are removed, the modules expand laterally to fill gaps automatically, forming a seamless thermal insulation lining. It greatly reduces heat loss and shortens furnace construction time.

Our ceramic fiber modules cover multiple grades with classification temperature from 1050℃ up to 1600℃. Custom dimensions and material formulations are available to match different working conditions.
